NBM Global Knowledge NV

This is a very exciting project, producing a series of accessible training books for retailers world-wide, initially in English, then Dutch and other languages expected to follow.

Based on the accumulated knowledge of the NBM Global Knowledge team, led by Paula Baptista, I have been responsible for writing the content of the seven books in the first series and managing the production through design (www.fullpicture.co.uk) and print (www.kingfisherprint.co.uk). I have also written the training course materials to support the books, the website (www.nbmglobalknowledge.com) and a variety of promotional literature and presentations. More books and marketing materials are hoped to follow.
